Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 11, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our websites and the purchase, registration, scheduling, attendance, rescheduling, and refund of CPR, First Aid, and related training courses.

By purchasing or registering for a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information and for selecting the course appropriate for your training or certification needs.

Registration is subject to instructor availability, location availability, class capacity, course requirements, and successful payment.

2. Payments

Course fees are due through the payment options offered at checkout. Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment processor, including Stripe.

A successful payment does not override course prerequisites, attendance requirements, certification requirements, or scheduling availability.

3. Scheduled Classes

When you register for a specific available class date and time, your registration is associated with that scheduled class unless it is later changed or rescheduled.

Students should arrive and participate as required by the instructor and course provider. Completion or certification may depend on attendance, participation, skills demonstration, assessments, and other applicable course requirements.

4. Call to Schedule Purchases

Some courses may be purchased through a "Call to Schedule" option. A Call to Schedule purchase allows you to purchase the selected course without choosing a specific class date and time during online checkout.

Selecting a requested month does not create or guarantee a particular class appointment. The exact class date and time must still be arranged and confirmed based on instructor and class availability.

Unless an extension is approved as described below, a student who purchases a course without selecting a specific class date must complete the course within 30 days of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Full Refunds

A student may receive a full refund when the refund request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class and the course materials have not been used or accessed.

Partial Refunds

If course materials have already been accessed or used, a student who requests a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled class may be eligible for a partial refund.

If a refund request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, including on the same day as the class but before the class begins, the student may choose to reschedule or may be eligible for a partial refund.

The amount withheld from a partial refund may reflect the value or cost of course materials, digital content, or other course resources that have already been provided or accessed.

After the Scheduled Class Has Passed

If the scheduled class date and time have passed and the student did not attend, the student is not eligible for a refund.

A student who misses the scheduled class may reschedule the course one time, subject to instructor and class availability.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to available classes, instructor availability, course requirements, and any limitations stated in these Terms.

A student who does not attend a scheduled class after its date and time have passed may use one rescheduling opportunity instead of receiving a refund.

7. 30-Day Course Completion Period

When a course has been purchased without a confirmed class date, the student is generally required to schedule and complete the course within 30 days of purchase.

Students are encouraged to contact us promptly after purchase so that a class can be arranged within the applicable completion period.

8. Possible Extension Up to 90 Days

We may, at our discretion, allow additional time to complete a course, up to a maximum of 90 days from the applicable purchase or scheduling period.

An extension is not guaranteed. Whether an extension is available may depend on factors including when course materials were last accessed, the status of the student's course materials, instructor availability, class availability, and other circumstances affecting our ability to provide the course.

9. Course Materials

Course materials may include digital or physical instructional content, manuals, online lessons, videos, assessments, or other resources provided as part of the course.

Accessing or using course materials may affect refund eligibility as described in the Refund Policy.

Course materials are provided for the registered student's authorized educational use and may be subject to copyright, licensing, or other restrictions.

10. Instructor and Schedule Changes

Class schedules, instructors, locations, or availability may need to change due to circumstances affecting training operations. When reasonably possible, affected students will be offered an alternative scheduling option.

11. Certification and Course Completion

Payment or registration alone does not guarantee certification. The student must satisfy the attendance, skills, testing, and completion requirements applicable to the selected course.

12. Medical Information Disclaimer

Information provided on our websites or in general course descriptions is for educational and registration purposes and is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services and follow the instructions of qualified emergency personnel.

13. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website, scheduling system, payment system, or other online services will be continuously available or free from interruption.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, policies, or legal obligations change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version.
